Healing takes time. It's not quick or easy. It's a difficult path that requires bravery, thoughtfulness, and kindness towards yourself.

Counselling & Psychotherapy | Online

About me

I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist and a member of the IACP (Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy). Fluent in both English and Portuguese. I work with clients from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate life's challenges with understanding and professional support.

My approach is deeply empathetic, and client centred. My main approach is Person-Centred therapy, but I also draw from other therapy approaches such as Gestalt, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-based, and Psychodynamic techniques to tailor each session to your individual needs.

Beyond my professional qualifications, I have extensive experience working with LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent clients, and those facing significant life transitions.

My volunteer work with LGBT Ireland and Foróige (Irish association) has further enriched my ability to provide inclusive and affirming therapy.
